Let's Do Another Pass the Kit! Sign Up Here

It was fun last time, so I thought we should try again!

The Rules

  1. I will start by emailing the palette to the beginning of the lists.
  2. Each group will proceed through their list, each person making one thing, adding it to the folder and then sending EVERYTHING on to the next person.
  3. We're going to go for a timed version, so it's as much as you can get done in two weeks. (Starting Oct 17th, finish Oct 31st)
  4. When you get an email that it's your turn, send a reply back to the person so she knows you've received it. If you haven't heard a response in a reasonable time, send it on to the next person.
  5. This is an exercise to help you shake things up a bit, so keep things flexible and see what happens!

If you're interested in joining us, please leave a comment below and let me know your designing abilities (beginner, intermediate, advanced). I'm hoping to group people accordingly so you're well matched within your group.

I'll have the groups posted on Oct 15 and I'll send out the palette email on the 17th to begin!

I'm in! smiley Intermediate-Advanced, I think.

I'm in.. Since I've done this only once and only 1 blog trainso far, I'm pretty sure I'm a beginner. smiley

hi im in.joyce intermediate,

YES love to join in smiley Intermediate (commercial use OK ) as i normally make all mine from scratch

I'm in smiley

I would love to join in please. At making things myself, I am hopeless, but using others that allow and building on it I would class myself as intermediate.

I'm in and I can't wait to see the color palette. I think I'm advance.

I want to! smiley

I would consider myself beginner- intermediate. Really great and comfortable with some concepts, but still learning on others.

I would love to join in, probably intermediate or advanced depends what is to be done!

I'd like to join. I read the description from the first you y'all did, and I'm still totally clear on how it works. So, I guess the way to find out is do one.

I'm not new at designing graphics, but I'm new at making kits, so I guess I better classify myself as a beginner.

P.S. - I'm going to see if I can change my email to match the one at my blog.

Okay, when its your turn to add one thing, do you mean just one element or paper? Or one small kit?

I'm not entirely sure I understand how it works either but I remember the participants last time really enjoying it. So I am in. I would say intermediate possibly advanced so put me in which ever group you need.

The last time, our group just created a Dropbox folder then we each just added as much to it as we wanted (maybe we "broke" the rules), but it worked well for us.

I'm going to have to remove my name from the list. Have some family stuff going on so I'm not sure how reliable I would be this time smiley. I love this challenge!

You're meant to make one thing at a time, passing it around to make a finished kit. If your group decided to go a different way, I'm not going to stop you smiley

Don't forget to add your skill level, otherwise I'll assume you're a beginner.

I would like to participate in this, it really sounds fun smiley I am a beginner but I'll let you be the judge of that.

I want to try. Like Maree Mu said: "At making things myself, I am hopeless [well, I'm learning] , but using others that allow and building on it I would class myself as intermediate.

I'm totally in smiley

I'd love to play, it looked like such a fun process last time!

I think for this kind of thing, where I can make what I like and am good at, my level would be advanced.

I want to participate too! I guess my level is intermediate?

I'll join the advanced group smiley

I'll join please, I work in PU and I think it's best to put me in beginner... lol!
