Please reply in this thread in the next 24 hours so I can put you in the correct group. If I do not hear from you will not be added to any of the groups and will not be a part of this challenge.
Now you all have to decide how you will communicate: Email, Facebook Messenger or FB group? To do that you can all use this thread to communicate. When you post your reply start your reply with Team Beginner, Team Intermediate or Team Advanced - depending on which team you are in. This will make it easier for team members to communicate in this thread
When the form of communication is established the team leader will:
- if it is email: gather all email addresses and send one email to everyone,
- if it is FB Messenger: gather all the FB names and send a group message to everyone
- if it is FB Group: Will create a group on FB and invite all the members of the group or sends them a direct link to join.
As soon as members are connected, anyone who has a color palette and a theme suggestion will share it with the team. The color palette and theme should be submitted in the first 24-48 hours so as soon as the challenge starts you can focus on creating.
In the meantime, the team leader or person assigned by the team leader creates a google drive/dropbox folder and shares it with everyone. This is a folder where you will all upload your creations.
If you have any questions post them here and I or other members will do our best to answer.
While it's not exactly "chat", you can also create a shared document in Google Drive that everyone could use for communication, too. Just another idea!

Hello, ladies! I googled Facebook Groups, and that sounds like a good way to communicate. We already have Tammy in our group who knows how to set them up, so maybe that's the way to go?
I vote FB Group. I can set it up if you need help...

Tammy, that sounds great! Half of our group have now stated a preference for the FB Group option, so we just need the others to let us know what they want, so we can make a decision. I have a theme in mind, but haven't finished the palette for it yet. I think we need to know what software each of us uses, too. I use Photoshop Elements 15, which doesn't have an option to check for gamut issues, so hopefully someone in our group uses Photoshop. If not, we'll have to get someone else to check our final palette for us.

I vote for Facebook Group to communicate with each other. We can make the group private if you like. I am so excited!! I use the free version of Craft Artist, Gimp, MS Publisher, and MS Word. Sometimes a combination of all of them.

I use several different softwares.. Ha Ha! I use PSE15, PaintShop Pro, I just started my 30 days with Photoshop CC on Sunday.. still trying to figure out how to use it. also use Inkscape.
@Robyn - went over my head when you said gamut issues?? I guess I should do some research?

Gamut just means whether the colours are the same when printed as they are on the screen. If you have Photoshop, you change from RGB to CMYK and back again to fix any problems.

Tammy, how do we know when the Facebook group is created? Do we each need to give you our email address or link to our Facebook page? Do we all have to be invited to join the group? What size do images have to be to post on Facebook?

I really hope that Kimberly, Alli & Donna are still going to do this -- I'm a bit concerned that they haven't posted anything since they signed up...
