I've put everyone into groups for this telephone challenge. I will email a starting layout to everyone at the start of the lists. You should then create a layout with the emailed layout as inspiration and send your resulting layout to the next person in your row. Please take no more than 3 days to complete and email your layout to the next person. Also, send a confirmation email to the person who sent you the layout. If you have not had a confirmation email within 24 hours, send the layout to the next person on the list. This is a time sensitive challenge, so keep your eyes on your inboxes. If you're the last person in the list, please leave a note here that your group has finished. I'll give the all clear once everyone has reported in and we can share the layouts. It should be a fun time!

Okay, sorry I am so slow, and confused. Do each of us make a new layout using the one sent to us as inspiration? This is my first Telephone challenge.

Your layout needs to be sent to Amanda Brown.
The telephone challenge is like a chain of scraplifts. The first person gets a layout to use as inspiration/scraplift to make a layout with all their own stuff - photos, papers etc. When they complete their layout they then send it on to the next person on the list.

No. You will have to send her a message requesting her email so that you can send it

Oh my gosh I'm a little confused. I just read we are supposed to use the person's previous LO as inspiration for our own and then create a whole new LO? I thought we were just supposed to add our embellishments and things to the LO sent to us. And that's what I did! Does that count? If it does then I'm ready to send off. Sorry, this is my 1st telephone challenge!
Eve, you need to make a completely new LO based on the one you received. You may get inspired on anything you want that the last LO has. For example, last time, I did this one:
Tiffany, who was also before me (and urgh, I just realised that my layout for both rounds have something very similar to each other - Tiffany will understand it, but I have one more funny thing to comment when we reveal...) got inspired by the theme and the horizontal placement of my layout, to make her own:

the cool thing is to notice how the layouts are, at same time, similar but have things in common...

I contacted Debra (who's after me) more than 24 hours ago and still have yet to hear from her. (I used the contact button and it seems to have worked, as I sent myself a copy of the message and there was no problem sending it.)
I'm ready to send off the LO so following the 24-hour sensetivity I'm going to pass this onto Marissa who's next in line to receive after Debra.
It seems like all the groups are going well! Can't wait to see the final results!
I also have send an email to Maria Lujan Callari who is next in line to me more than 24 hours ago, but have yet to hear from her. I will wait for two more hours in the hope she will look at this thread and contact me, otherwise I guess I will also send it to the person that's in line after her.

Any progress on group 1? I haven't seen anything posted here about it since Jesse passed it on to Ruthie 5 days ago. Is there a final date for finishing up?
Oops, Just re-read the original post and see that Feb. 9, is the reveal date.
@Ana: No. Not for now. When all groups finish, we´ll have a reveal. Glad to know group 2 is done.
Everyone is going gangbusters with this! I know some of the people at the ends of the lists we're available until Feb, so that may be why they aren't responding. We'll see how things go.
When all the groups report in as finished I'll leave directions for the big reveal!
