Layout Challenge - December Blog Train

As always we have another great blog train. You can find all the parts to the blog train here and be sure to leave your comments and love for those that contributed here and by creating a layout (or other project) to share with us in this thread.

More Details

  1. Challenge ends when December does.
  2. You may enter as many layouts as you'd like for a challenge, but please only post your layout to one challenge.
  3. You must tag your layouts with these two tags: dec BT 2018 challenge, dec 2018 layout challenge
  4. See entered layouts here.
  5. See updated rules here.
  6. Link your layout here in the forum to your gallery. Doing this makes it much easier for others to find your layout and smiley or comment on it. If you don't know how to do this there is a great tutorial here.

This is for a framed Christmas display in a retro plaid picnic basket.

I used my own blog train contribution. I'm excited because the previous blog trains I've done I've never actually used anything I've made.

Celetine I love your tag with the year!

Thank you ladies! I love seeing the layouts! Celestine, such wonderful clustering! Jill, this looks like it could be part of a calendar!

I feel as though I haven't been doing enough layouts lately. I aim to rectify this oversight forthwith! Here is a layout from one of our many recent visits to a local Tim Horton's (we Canucks sure do love our Timmie's and my daughter is no exception!) "I want Tim Hor-ton's please! I want a cheese croissant and a chocolate milk please!"

Using Rachel Martin's Retro Holly Jolly kit from the Commons

I know this isn't very Christmas-y, but the Retro Holly Jolly papers were perfect for my project!

Here's mine, though I did sneak in one non-blog-train paper:
