There are great instructions on posting your layout in the forums here. Also you need to upload it to the pixelscrapper gallery first - you can apply for access here and if you meet all the requirements then gallery access will be granted shortly after applying

Looks like you made it to me, Julie. The weekly challenges always have dates but really you can and them to the thread until it is locked
I finished this two days ago but totally spaced on uploading it! Glad thread isn't locked yet so I could share.
