The new year has begun, and I have not made a single layout. Lame! I could use a little help getting started, and I know I'm not the only one. So to help me and help you, throughout February we'll be running a month long giant challenge to get you motivated and scrapping!
We've done a similar thing in the past to great success. You're in charge of your setting your own goal of number of layouts you want to complete. We'll help out by posting lots of prompts and encouragement throughout the month. So easy!
- If you haven't already, leave your goal number of layouts for the month here. Don't worry if you're joining late! We're glad to have you.
- Please tag any layout you're counting towards your goal with "wlm 2015".
- Please share your layout in the prompt thread that it completes. (If you didn't use a prompt, we'll have a special place for those layouts too.) (How to Share Layouts in the Forums)
- When you post a layout to a thread, please also let us know your goal rate (as in 3/21, if it's your third layout for the challenge and your goal is 21).
- As the prompts are published, I'll be pinning them here for easier viewing.
- Have fun! The prompts will be posted when the month begins. Feel free to repeat prompts if you like them, or to do your own thing and ignore them completely.

Guilty... I've been focusing more on learning PSP & doing projects rather than digiscrap layouts. Plus with all the senior stuff, college applications & stuff, we've been real busy. I can't wait until June for the madness to end...
@Vidia: They'll be the usual kind of prompts we post in here. And also you don't have to follow the prompts if you want to do your own thing.

I have a question.... what do you all do with your digital layouts when you're done? Do they just sit on a hard drive, or do you send them somewhere to have flat 12x12" pages printed, or do you have a publisher make them into a bound book??
My sister and her husband have a friend who owns a printing company, so I have him turn mine into books (or whatever else I want done). He doesn't charge me anything extra, just the cost of any materials used. I've gotten some things done in the past on Shutterfly, though.

I joined the mailing list for ScrapbooksPlease.com and every so often they have a $.99/print sale. I wait until that sale and then get all the pages I've done printed. Slip them into a regular album and BOOM! You're done!
So excited for this this time around. I myself have 20 layout challenge prompts that will be posted throughout the month! Between those and the ones that Marisa is posting there will be lots of ideas to help everyone make some wonderful layouts. Can't wait to see them all.
Wow! There are so many new layouts because of this challenge.
I'm going to sift through the gallery tomorrow morning to get a better look at them all (and comment!).

@Kris...like Colleen, I use ScrapbooksPlease to print my albums, but I am even lazier, I buy the album from them and they assemble it, that includes the scraps being in plastic sleeves. Sometimes in addition to the prints at .99 they have an offer of free shipping. I've ordered 6-7 albums over the last couple of years and have been totally happy with the quality!

There are several, Ania, the main one being the No Prompts thread - any layout works here.
Then there are LOTS of prompts if you use any of them to create your layout then you will want to post it to that thread. Here is what we have so far:

Hi I have not been scrapping for a couple of months and am going on holidays March 2. It is Feb 15 so I have about 2 weeks to do some scrapping. So I will set my goal at 7 and see how it goes.
