Hello! I'm a consultant for a direct sales company, and most of my business is done online. Is it okay for me to use the backgrounds to make banners, sales promotions, etc on my Facebook groups and/or emails? I would use the CU download buttons and/or purchase the CU licenses.

If you download them as CU here at PS, yes they are! Unless your business, company, or costumers using your services makes more than $100,000 USD per year, in which case you need to have an special license.
