People are already upset at having to pay a subscription to get updates to their products & a lot more people are now upset finding this out. I know I need to double check what I'm paying & possibly cancel and then sign up again. SMH, Adobe... what's next?

This is shocking! How dare they show such blatant, arrogant disregard for their customers!
So... I also notice mac users get it $5/month cheaper than PC users. There's no way if you're a PC home... to even get that price without a Mac... This is sooooo Wrong on soooo many levels! I think I'll never use anything higher than PSCS6 now. I need to get a PC copy my backup load program files for Win8 and PSCS6 write both serials on it and just have my PC keep building me an old minimal PC to use this version on until I'm ready to change Name Brand program or quit digi-scrapping all together.
As a business management major I don't fully "get" their business acumen??? They seem to be segregating more people on a regular basis.
Ack! I signed up about a week ago. I wish I would have read this thread. Will have to look into how much I was charged vs. whether I should have gotten it for a better price.
I'm still rather frustrated that if you want to have the most up to date version, you'll forever need to continue to purchase it. I think after a certain amount of money spent, you should just be able to have a standing version that can remain on your computer. Just seems so greedy to have indefinite monthly subscriptions!
I'm just going to keep my CS6, thank you very much! I am so NOT DOWN with paying monthly subscriptions/fees!!!!
In my opinion, Adobe should at least give people a choice as to whether they want a physical product or a subscription-only digital product.
