Hi,
I am trying to create pages like the ones in the photo below. I have spent hours on YouTube looking at masking and blending and still can't get my graphics to look like the ones in these photos. If there is anyone who can help me with this or direct me to a course I would really appreciate it.

I think they use a mix of opacity levels, blend modes, feather and even some gradient... If you are new to your graphics software (or scrapbooking) I would suggest you learn about each one of them, one at a time ( this way you will really understand what you are doing.
Search about: -blending modes, use of masks, opacity levels... that's where you will probably find information you need.

I am not getting a very clear image .... the images are very tiny, anyways I think you could consider starting with a Vintage Paper style and then some vintage graphics, also Marisa's Flower Power Collection should have something for you. It will take a bit to get the look you want but I am sure the discoveries on the way will be as exciting as what you initially set out to achieve. Hope that makes sense.
