What does "tagger size" mean?

I've come across this term on some previews for freebies and I'm just wondering how they're different from full size. Anything other than a smaller resolution? I've noticed that they're not 300dpi, and that the sizes vary.

Can they be used for scrapbooking? But just wouldn't be the best print quality?

Thanks!

Tagger implies, for the use of making siggies. They are smaller in size. Not for full use digi scrapping.
Siggies are similar to this, many use scantily clad women as well

bahahaha Kiana... I DO NOT get those scantily clad women at all!

Right....like how do you represent yourself that way on all these forums and such! Lol

Oh, I agree! I do NOT understand those images! Crazy! And that kind of scrapbooking...Don't get it. But to each their own, I guess!

The scantily clad tagger ladies always remind me, for some reason, of those truck mudflaps with the chrome "sexy girl" silhouettes on them! There's nothing wrong with the beauty of the female form, of course, but there's a difference between appreciation and objectification.

"there's a difference between appreciation and objectification." AGREED!

Oh yes I agree with you all!!!! I never thought about those trucker flaps, but yes that's exactly it. LOL
