She does a new kit for sale each week and gives away freebies on her blog every night! She usually sends a paper kit or element cluster in her newsletter every week too that coordinates with the other freebies! She ALSO gives away a free template every month on her FB page!
Oh I forgot another one that I forgot to mention! The lovely Tracy King has been doing weekly kit freebies on her blog. She has been posting new pieces each day of the week! Her current kit is called Meow and is cat themed!

Raining Digitals CU store, organize each month a "Collect ME" (each month different shades of colors) and there are lot of store designers participing in it.
You must to register in the store but there is not a minimun purchase to take away the freebies!
You have to make a little tresore hunt searching in each designer store for the freebies... but you can easily reconize them for the name in the preview and the color

Here's new free Daily download in Gingerscraps for September 2020. it's called Surviving school and it's collab between ADB designs and Karen Schulz designs. Check in blog on regular basis, all links are valid for 5 days only.
I love that someone put the time and effort into putting together this list over a decade ago, and wish there was a more updated one. It seems that so many of the blogs and sites have gone defunct since then. A lot of stores closing, a lot of designers retiring and sadly some awesome ones have passed away. It seems like there aren't many new ones rising up to fill the void, but maybe I'm just not aware of them? I used to have 10-12 places to stop by every day to check for freebies, and now it's down to Gingerscraps and Connie Prince, and then Kathryn Estry for weekly freebies.
