I have a Zip file on my blog with jpeg files for you to download FREE. Plus I have a Tutorial on How to make them yourself if you want. It's really EASY and FUN once you try it and so many colors with the click of a key. Are you Curious? Please visit my blog and register so you won't miss any of my FREEBIES. http://creativefunconnection.blogspot.com/
You caught my attention, Brenda - I'll have to check it out. Just curious - is this program specific?
Lizanne, Sorry, it is not a program, just a tutorial on how to do. I do use PSE but I am sure it can be adapted to PS too. I hope my tutorial is good. If any questions feel free to ask. Thanks for being curious.
Oh... I don't have PS or PSE - I have PSP. Thanks for answering, though!
Have PSE and this sounds interesting, thanks.

Hi Lizanne,
There's a tut for plaids in PSP here: http://digitalscrapbookplace.com/university/tutorials/psp_stripeplaid_pf.shtml
Hope that helps!
Kim
@Kim: I've never actually made plaid papers from a picture - that tutorial looks cool! (the ones I made a year ago for the Dec '12 train I made from scratch - making skinny & fat bars to drop colors onto, etc.) Going to bookmark that link to try out sometime - thanks!
I will have to try this. I use PSPX5 for the most part but I have Photoshop and am slowly learning new things. It just takes me a while. Thanks for sharing this.
Lovely thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the tutorial!
