I've been seeing more of them coming out in kits here recently, but there aren't a lot of them. On the other hand, unless you're doing a page about jewelrymaking, it's always seemed to me that more than 1-2 metal ones would be too much. I'll dig through my stash and see what I've got, and if I can get a decent image of them, I'll extract a few.
Actually, if we do "crafts" as the January blog train theme, there'll be several things for jewelrymaking in mine. (I have too many hobbies!)
I actually love have metal charms - hearts, keys, owls, etc., in my kits and on my pages - especially since I love shabby stuff and it gives it that pop. I have a lot of items but still learning to figure out the best way to photograph them or scan them

Love me some metal. Always and forever. Anywhere. On layouts too.
