It looks like to me that water color brushes are in. They have been for some time. How do you create one? I know how to create regular brushes in Photoshop, but I am not sure as to how to create a water color brush. Do you need a drawing tablet? Thank you.

Maybe physically paint some in real life, and scan them into the computer?
