Looking for Photoshop users

I am looking for Photoshop users who might want to add Paintshop Pro to their "toolbox".

I am looking to create a class to explain PSP in terms that would be easy to understand for Photoshop users.

  • I am also looking for questions/concerns from Photoshop users to use PSP.
  • What tools/functions are you using in Photoshop that you don't know how they would work in Paintshop Pro?
  • what tools/functions have you heard of that are in Paintshop Pro but you are not familiar with at all?
  • What tools/functions have you heard might be missing in Paintshop Pro and you are using in Photoshop?
  • Any other question about Paintshop Pro?

If i held a free online class, would you be interested in attending?

I don't have a date or format yet, and i am waiting to hear your questions about this to plan something, so please, share your concerns and questions.

I use both programs fluently, but I'd still be interested because I'm always looking to see how other people do things. (Not sure that's helpful.)

Great Rose, I'll send you an email.

I use only PSP but think the class would be great!
Years ago I purchased Photoshop Elements but never did figure it out.

I have both PS and PSP use both to design I like some things in PS other things in PSP I started out in PSP used it for years but I am like Rose want to continue to learn I would be interested .. everyone has different ways you can teach this old dog ( me ) new tricks

I use scripts in PSP but one thing I like in PS is the Layer Styles I know that PSP has layer styles but not like PS I would like to know a easier way to get the same effect as PS styles it seems to me PSP is limited in Layer Styles area at least to me it is

Bev, yes PSP has layer styles but i find that the Sculpture effect can give an interesting "layer style". I`ll get in touch with you through email to talk further.
