So I am a basic user of PS... I am trying to save a template into a file with all of the layers as separate .png files. Anyone know how to do this??

Perfect! It worked. I can now convert PS templates to Artisan!

Only thing is they don't save the png's so that when you load them they stack in the right place... hmm is there a step I am missing??
Cindi, I´m suposing you´re using the "convert layers to files" thing, right? Now you need to uncheck the box trim layers. See the snapshot below:
PS: But If I were you I´d learn to scrap in Photoshop...
