Sorry this isn't a scrapbooking question per sey, but I don't know who else I can ask...
I think I inadvertently changed a setting or something - now when I want to select a layer or element I have to do so under the 'layers' tab - simply clicking on an element or layer no longer does anything. I know it sounds like a little thing, but it's incredibly annoying to not be able to click on something to select it.
Help?
On an unrelated note, does anyone use PSE 13? I'm thinking about upgrading just for the pet red-eye-reduction thing, but am wondering what other new & fun things it does...

Caileigh, the only thing I can think of might be the problem is that you need to click on is your Move Tool (at the top of all your selection tools). Then click on the element you want to select on your layout. I think I've had the same thing happen to me and it seems like I remember that being the problem. I only have PSE 10 in which I am still very happy with since none of the new versions has anything new that I feel like I need or want. Have you taken a look at your options or settings. It might be something as simply checking or unchecking a setting.
