Hi All,
I have just downloaded the puffy fabric layer styles by Sahin Designs,
I have loaded the styles brushes actions etc.
I have then made my shape merged and flatten image as per instructions.
picked one of the fabric actions, and it keeps coming up with command apply
is not available, what am I doing wrong, probably something silly on my behalf,
but what it is? escapes me at this time, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just ran the action to check, I did not have to flatten anything. I had a cloud shape in png format and ran the action. My cloud turned out fine. I also ran the stitching action and it worked as well. Try running it on a png or psd shape- NO flattening. The instructions say rasterize, that is the same as simplifying the layer, not flattening, maybe that is what is wrong?
@Margaret: Are you using an older version of Photoshop?
