So, I just recently found out there are these things called "embellishments" and they make the page look fantastic. I never would have tried scrapbooking if it wasn't for the fact that my parents went to Alaska without me and I wanted to kind of experience their trip as well. So the funny thing is, I got a free shutterfly book and I hated the layout, so I just started using a photo editor online called "pixlr" and have been making scrapbook pages for this book before I upload them onto shutterfly. I can't believe how addicted I have become to using these "embellishments" because I never pegged myself to be a scrapbooker, but it's actually really fun. So, now I don't really shop at the store for scrapbook things because I can just go to shutterfly after making these jpgs and make the book digitally. Somehow, I think I still miss the fun of the 3D stickers and such, but the digital scrapbooking world is fun too! I cannot wait to see how my finished Alaska book will come out, but I am totally excited!

I'm glad you are enjoying it so much it sure can get addicting and the joys of digital is you can use it again and again.
And you can accumulate a gigantic hoard of supplies, and not spend much money at all! (Not that I would know about having a gigantic hoard or not spending money...

First I only used the free stuff, but for the latest photobooks I bought some stuff, and then some more and... oh well... But... no extra clutter in the home and/so the hubby doesn't notice! Hieha! Win-win!
