TV! I love TV! Well, that might be a little over the top, but I can't wait for New Girl, and The Mindy Project kinda grew on me after last year. My husband won't watch those, together we watch a lot of BBCA - Luther, Copper, Foyle's War, there's another I can't remember, or on AMC, Breaking Bad, The Bridge, Low Winter Sun, and FX, Always Sunny started last week, and I'm eager for Justified to start, too!

I will miss Ziva too! I also love Castle - you have good taste!

My DD and I watch New Girl and The Mindy Project. We also like American Horror Story. DH and I started watching Cold Justice which seems like it will be kinda interesting. I'm also looking forward to Brooklyn Nine Nine because I've loved everything Andre Braugher has been in. There are some other new shoes that look like they might be good too.

Half of the time we end up DVR-ing everything and then never seem to catch up though. We still have the last season of White Collar, the last four episodes of the Following, and Law & Order: SVU to watch. smiley

I´m curious now. What is Duck Dynasty about?

Nashville, Duck Dynasty, Castle, Bones, Royal Pains. Tired of Greys Anatomy. Burned out on Burn Notice. Looking forward to both Robin Williams new show and Michael J Fox. We mostly watch HGTV.

I'm looking forward to New Girl, Walking Dead, and Psych!

@Nan: I'm curious about the new show w/Robin Williams too - the previews looked good! Tell me about "Duck Dynasty," if you don't mind. I've seen that name thrown out there a lot lately & I've never heard of it... Rather than look at a review, I'd love to get a viewer's take. smiley

Downton Abbey!!!

Can't wait for the Psych Musical!

I'm with Marisa, I'm ready for some New Girl! I also love grey's Anatomy (have since the pilot episode aired so long ago...), American Horror Story, Beauty and the Beast, Big Bang Theory, Bones, Castle, Chicago Fire, The Carrie Diaries (guilty pleasure), Glee(sad though), Grimm (LOVE LOVE GRIMM), Hart of Dixie, Parenthood, The Mindy Project, Modern Family, Nashville, Once Upon A Time, Raising Hope, Supernatural and more I'm missing. I haven't even looked at any previews for new shows since as you can see, my docket is FULL!

However, what I am looking forward to the MOST for fall TV is............DOCTOR WHO the 50th anniversary episode in November!!!

I'm with Amber. I'm getting impatient for The Doctor to return! I suspect many tears and feels.

holy crap, I can't believe I forgot to list Doctor Who!

Guess I´ll follow DW as well, although I still have a plenty of old seasons to watch...

Soooooo.... No one is willing to satisfy our curiosity and say what Duck Dynasty is about?

From the previews it looks like Duck Dynasty is about a redneck family that made millions selling duck calls and decoys (real life modern Beverly Hillbillies maybe) but I've never actually watched it so please don't hold me to that only taking a guess smiley

I love Big Bang, Dexter, True Blood, HIMYM, Boardwalk Empire, Sons of Anarchy, Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad to name a few. Right now we are watching old episodes of 24 on Netfix because we never watched it when it was actually on....not sure how we missed it.

it basically is about a redneck family. they're insanely funny and the eldest couple in the family, Phil and Kay, have such an incredible relationship and they're all just really lovely people. it's a great example of a family that we should all strive to have. and some of the stuff that comes out of the men's mouths is just incredible, they have their wise moments. I highly recommend it.

Sorry I didn't answer sooner Lorien, I'm battling a cold and haven't really been on much as I'm sure you've noticed. Insomnia and this cold are literally killing me.

Duck Dynasty is about a family that makes duck calls. They got stinkin' filthy rich making them and are millionaires. All the men grew beards and seem to like wearing camouflage. I have only seen 3 episodes but I nearly fell out of my chair I laughed so hard. These are seriously funny guys. They like to go fishing and do guy things and the whole show is about the things they do and the family.

Grey´s anathomy,Body of Proof, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Downton Abbey and Scandal are my favorites. Especially like to look inside the crimelabs - lots of cool stuff! Although the results are never that quick and easy to enterpret in real life.....

@Sharilynn, I hope you get well soon smiley and don´t worry about the delay, it only makes people willing to know even more smiley

Nice to know what´s Duck Dynasty about, thanks all smiley

Yes, thanks for telling us all about Duck Dynasty... Sounds like I need to check it out sometime! smiley

So happy TV is back. Altho it might interfere with my scrapping. Last night I watched Bones, one of my favorites and Sleepy Hollow which looks pretty good. But I really can't wait for is The Vampire Diaries and The Originals!! lol... yeah I'm a #TVD fan and I'm not afraid to admit it! smiley

Enjoyed watching New Girl again last night! Also enjoyed watching the season finale to Newsroom, now I'll have to wait until next summer for that one!

I just got done watching Sleepy Hollow and I'm very very interested in it and can't wait for the rest of the season. I missed New Girl so I need to watch that!

I am watching some american or canadian shows, i like body of proof, castle, the mentalist, bones, magic city, homeland and i really like murdoch mysteries.

Best part ever of body of proof:

Well, as you can see through the previous posts of this topic, here was the first time I heard about Duck Dynasty. It happened to be released in November here in Brazil, with a huge marketing around it, including large banners on subway stations. When I saw the posters I remembered you bunches.
And one of my best friends happened to see it on his cable TV just after the release and he enjoys it so far. He described the first episodes to me, and said exacly the same as you: That it is absurdly funny. And he added something: The dubbed version is even more awesome, because they put a very strong country-man accent, specially remembering the accent of one of our states where there are lots of farms and such. And they also adapted the jokes in a nice way. This being said for someone who is used to criticize dubbed and subtitled things, was a weird thing.

But, as I don´t have cable TV at home, I needed to wait a little to watch. Some days after Christmas hubby and I, this friend and her wife went to the house of another friends (a couple with a ten months old girl), who we see little because he moved to anoher city, and, as it was close to Duck Dynasty time on cable TV that friend told us we must see it. What I have to say? It´s HILARIOUS!!!!! We saw the episode when phil´s granddaugher is going to her first ball and they go hunting snakes with her boyfriend - and we could imagine our host doing that when her daughter gets older - we really laughed a lot.

Thanks for your recommendation. I learn lots of new things here - and not all of them related to digiscrap smiley

I don't watch a lot of tv but hubby watches Duck Dynasty and I have seen it a couple of times. I agree that it is hilarious! I am excited today because the new season of Downton Abbey is on tonight!! That and Dancing with the Stars are the only 2 things I watch all the time.
