At present, my fave designer happens to be Veronica Spriggs! I've fallen in love with her style & have slowy been buying some of her add-ons...I simply love them!!! Hope to buy all that I love in her portfolio!
Currently, I have about 14 of her kits...

I always love Anita Designs.
I too like her designs...I think I have some of her freebie kits...but the problem with me seems to be about using all my lovely goodies to sit down & taking enough time to create LOs & uploading them...
...nowadays, I seem to be downloading more than actually using the kits... 
I have quite a few favorites. I don't think I could choose just one. Kimeric Kreations, Bella Gypsy, Kristin Aagard, Just So Scrappy/Ooh La La Scraps are my top favorites. I also really like Magical Scraps Galore, BoomersGirl Designs, Meagan's Creations, Lliella Designs, and Digilicious Design. Just recently I've found a new to me design duo, SuMa Designs that I really like.
Yeah...I too like all the ones you mentioned...though SuMa...I have not heard...where can I check out /which store carry her designs?
