and everybody else who celebrates ... if you celebrate what are you doing ? .... we aren't doing anything although I am wearing green but that was totally by accident lol
Why thank ya, Susan! Happy St. Patrick's day back to you! We just had corned beef & cabbage (and potatoes & carrots), soda bread and Guinness. Later, once our stomachs have settled, we'll have some peach cobbler. Before the kids were born we used to go to an Irish pub to eat, listen to tunes & dance.
Thanks Susan, and Happy St. Patrick's day to you as well. It's a bit rainy and cool here so we didn't get out. My husband and I agreed not to pinch each other for not wearing green and settled in to a comfy day at home.

Thanks so much. We spent the evening at an " Irish Pub" enjoying the food, the people and the music. We don't drink but they dyed their tea green and it was festive to drink that.
Thanks, hope all of you had a good St. Patrick's day. I usually cook an Irish stew and soda bread, and have friends in. However, my stepfather as been quite ill and I didn't feel like celebrating anything. He passed this morning at 5am. He's been my stepfather for a little over 52 years. I love him a great deal and will miss him tremendously. He really was my father period.
