Help please

Hi can you help I have been trying to upload a scrap! I have 29 community points have submitted application, keep getting message that I will get email but I have still not received one from yesterday. Look forward to being able to use the site properly. Thank again Mel. Ps I have also added link to pixels scrapper on my blog http//kyleca.blogspot.com
