How to post to GAllery

Hey all!

Sorry for asking her. I cannot figure out how to search in the forum for the answer.

I have enough points to upload to the gallery, but how do I actually do an upload. When I go to gallery I don't see an "upload" button or anything that sticks out for that. So is there anyone who can point me in the right direction?
