physical laser cut outs

Hello, so I am dipping my toes in the world of digi scrap, but in my heart I am a "play with paper" girl who likes to the physical element of traditional scrapping. that being said, i have created some designs that I would love to be able to have in my physical scrapbooks and buying a cutting machine is not in my budget...do you know of anywhere (anyone) who would be willing to take my png files and cut them out on cardstock and send them to me? I would of course pay, but every website (or etsy seller) i can find only cuts their own designs. the designs are too detailed for me to cut myself, even with a blade and a self-healing mat...they just don't have the clean edges i am hoping for...also, these are not complicated designs that require multiple layers or ink printing. just one layer designs.

any thoughts would be welcome, thanks!

maybe try finding some of the FB groups that the ladies own or do tutorials on the scan and cut or cricut machines and see if any of them would be willing to help you out? that's my only suggestion...
OR
maybe even try a post on a local FB group that does buy/sell/free for your town and see if someone locally will do it for you.

@ Shawna.....i didn't even think about FB, thank you!!! I just use it to send pictures of my kiddo tot he relatives out of town, but it does have other uses smiley

Gosh... other than my only 115 friends that 98 are my hubby's and my family, the rest are friends since elementary, jr high, or high school... I am like you family stuff typically...

EXCEPT the Local pages for my area (pretty big town, so about 5 sub-areas... each has a FB page called "Blah-Blah USA Free For Sale or Buy") and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this aspect of it. I buy all kinds of stuff for my house and Sell stuff too when our family outgrows it. It's kind of like a online yardsale. We've sold older phones when we upgrade, scrapbook stuff, kitchen stuff, Cars... and bought off there, too. If you like bargain hunting... it opens a whole new world! smiley
Just remember to meet in very public places like busy parking lots (at the front of the store or even inside if a small item - I use the Target Starbucks a lot) or other safe places that are pre-determined by your town... like the Police Station, Fire Dept, etc. I also, take the hubby whenever I can.

I did think of another place you could check... Several of our local churches have scrapbook events monthly/quarterly and if you found out when they were doing one or who was leading it up and could get in contact with them, they could see if someone in their little group would be willing to help you. I know when I use to attend a couple of the girls even brought their machines to the church with them if it was an all day or all night crop event.

Best of Luck!

thanks Shawna! I am in a group for local families..mostly moms to talk about school issues but some clothing sales and such, I will have to find on that is city wide! we have a scrapbook group at our church, but most people have the original style Cricuts not the newer machines where you can upload your own design...thanks though I will see if they know anyone who knows anyone! smiley

@varia - thanks! I haven't looked at Etsy enough to see if anyone had this service!

You are so welcome smiley
