In last few weeks I've been spending more time on a computer designing and working and I have to admit it took a big tall on my health. Last few days I had a back pain and neck pain that was so bad that I couldn't focus on my work and other activities. But I'm lucky to have an amazing husband who helps hundreds of people to get rid of their pain by using postural alignment therapy. Today I'm feeling great thanks to him and the exercises he gave me.
