Unlimited Downloads Confusion

Can someone explain how Unlimited Downloads work? I'm a bit confused about them. Do you still need download credits?

If you subscribe for unlimited personal use downloads then you can still use your daily download credits to download things for commercial use. If you subscribe for unlimited commercial use downloads then your dc's just sit there and look pretty for future use smiley
