I primarily share photos of my family, landscapes, vacations and other interesting things I capture in my camera. What does everyone think of the new Stories? I'm kind of a fan. I could never figure out how to work Snapchat, plus I didn't seem to know anyone over there, so I'm glad to have some fun bonus content from the people I was already following on Instagram.
Awesome I just started following you Marisa. I am still trying to figure out the new Stories as well. I don't understand the purpose if people can't like the video but instead can just send you a message. If that's the case why not post it to my regular feed. My teenage daughter loves Snapchat so I may have to ask her for a lesson. lol
Hmmm...I've already forgotten about Stories...though my sister uses it and likes it. Again, my sister does snapchat, but i don't know enough people, and would totally waste too much time on it with the filters and the silly features...my kids loved those when she was here.
Instagram went from being my favorite app to I can't remember when I opened it last >< I do like the stories feature but I HATE that now they sort it by the popularity of the posts of people I follow not when they were posted - I miss a lot of things I want to see because of that. my instagram is pezian1984 though.
@Kaleena: The end of my Facebook usage was pretty much when they took away the chronological sort, and I'm trying not to be too annoyed at Instagram for doing the same. Why they can't just give us the option to sort it how we want is beyond me.
I like the Stories for more informal photos and "overgramming." I tend to keep my regular posting on Instragram limited and "pretty," so now I can share other random stuff and not have it ruin my vibe. Now I feel like the weirdo
I don't let the chronological thing bother me, I like Instagram too much to get annoyed at the changes...however, I'm not a big Facebook user, so anytime there is any change what so ever it drives me bonkers!
I really probably just need to unfollow some people I am no longer interested in following that will probably help
