hello from the road

Hi,

I've been floating around this site (and other digi sites) for a few months now. I haven't started digi scrapping yet, but think that's the direction I need to head to "catch up." Hubby and I became full time RV nomads 1.5 years ago - we sold the Wisconsin house, got rid of the "stuff" and hit the road. We've been touring lots of really cool places, all the way up to Newfoundland, down to Florida, over to California, up to Washington then back down the Rockies, over to the Appalachians, and now headed back to FL! whew!!

However, I find it very difficult to get motivated to traditional scrapbook in the RV, as I don't have a dedicated space, and the space I do have is very small, and well... it's hard for me to get in the creative mode with hubby walking within a couple feet of me, back and forth, in and out, while the RV gently rocks with his footsteps. lol So my thought is to go digi, since I spend lots of time on my laptop already.

I really like this site; the core group seems so friendly and like a group of friends. And there is so much talent here as well. I hope to make some time this winter to learn to digi scrap and perhaps even do some design work.
