I purchased the unlimited commercial license this morning. I downloaded the new kits, then received a message I reached my daily download. If we are limited, does downloading kits from the CT Forum count toward out daily downloads?

I just purchased the Personal Use Downloads and had the same thing happen to me.
I have patron status. I downloaded a paper template bundle under a pu license. I went to try and download it again under a cu license and got the message that I am limited to 5 dc per day. I am fairly new, I thought patron meant unlimited. Do I have to buy a cu license? Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hi Susan,
This is where the difference between the Personal Use and Commercial Use licenses comes in. If you have patron status and the PU license, you get unlimited downloads of PU items. You still need to have patron status and the CU license instead if you want unlimited downloads of CU items.
