Can't download assets

Hi. I was wondering if there is a technical problem in the Daily Downloads or it's just my account. I tried to download this pocket card by Marisa: https://www.digitalscrapbook.com/marisa-lerin/designs/oregonian-pocket-card-02-4x6-graphic-journal-outdoors-blue-white

When I hit the pink Download button, it says "download was successfully processed" and takes away 1 download credit. But it doesn't actually download anything. When I refresh the screen, my download credit returns back to 5 and the pink Download button is still there instead of the usual "You have downloaded this element...."

I tried other elements like this one from Janet: https://www.digitalscrapbook.com/janet-scott/designs/wood-frame-template-03-embellishment-wooden-square-rustic
but it's still the same, as if I didn't download anything at all.

Please help. Thanks.

Im having the exact same problem with other assets. So my best guess its not our accounts but a problem with the website itself

Me four it says "Your download was successfully processed." and takes off 1 dc but nothing downloads, and when I refresh the page I have my 5 dc.
I noticed there was some maintenance going on about 8-10 hours ago, maybe that's one of the reasons.
I'm just glad it's not just me..... I'm sure it'll be fixed as soon as it can be.

Here too - downloads are not working at all, not any of them... kits too, not just assets.

Don't panic everyone Jordan and Marisa are enjoying a good nights' sleep right now (I hope), but I'm sure Jordan will fix everything once he is awake. For now, I would hold off downloading for a bit...

Hi! I'm also having this problem as well just now! Glad to know it's not my computer. I'm confident this will be fixed soon, but I miss downloading the great stuff here

Hey everyone, sorry about the download issue. As Melo suspected, Marisa and I were busy sleeping when the problem hit, but the issue should be resolved now.
