The PixelScrapper TOU states that attribution is not required, though they won't turn it down if you do choose to credit them. That said, sometimes I'll credit one or two items individually, and other times I'll just credit (for example) painted overlays by Marisa Lerin and Brooke Gazarek at PixelScrapper. It kind of depends on how well I kept track of my credits or if I just pulled some PixelScrapper stuff from my CU file. I've been having fewer and fewer credits lately, though, because I've just been painting things from scratch instead.
Rachel, that's just about what I do. When using a Cu product from one of the PS designers, I credit them by name and in parentheses put DigitalScrapbook.com.

I tend to like to cover all my bases in my TOU file where I set my TOU & also a listing of any designers that I had used.
I wonder if I could write something like this for each designer:
Merisa Lerin - PixelScrapper
That may be adequate.
