Credits not decreasing when changing from Personal to Commercial

Credits not decreasing when changing from Personal to Commercial

I have downloaded some things from the gallery at the personal level many years ago (back in 2012 or before), and now when I go to download one of them again under the CU license, instead of saying "1 credit" in the CU field, it shows "0 credits". And my sum total doesn't decrease, either. I just wanted the Tech GURU to know that. Thank you....... smiley

If you need a specific example, Unique ID item 2655 was downloaded for personal use in March of 2012. Today when downloading it again for commercial use, the credit shows up as "0".

I wonder if that's because Sunny has patron status now--everything I download reads 0 DC for commercial use.

I don't think so - it only happens on things I re-download, from Personal to Commercial. Everything else I download for commercial use is 1 credit - But thanks for helping us brainstorm the issue!
