Patron Renewal

I got an email notice that my year subscription was up. It said to respond to the email within 48 hours to find out how to renew or a special or something. I responded right away (the email was just a couple hours old), but I haven't received anything yet and that was last week. Do I need to do anything special or just hit that green Upgrade button?

Hi Lisa. Our response right now is kind of slow, because we're on half-vacation, but don't worry, we'll take that into consideration when we reply.

Although, it looks like Jordan responded to you on May 18th, did you miss the email?

I only got the email saying my subscription had expired and to reply within 48 hours to find out how to renew to keep my perks. I get emails on two different accounts from PS and I never received the response from Jordan on either account (I check spam folder daily, too).

I had a paid sub good through June 4th and I have it set to auto renew monthly for commercial use and it won't let me access the area to manage my subscriptions and is saying that I only have the 10 Free downloads points that I can use.

I emailed them and haven't heard anything back yet.

@Megan: There's some weird problem happening, which I think is interfering with your subscription. Hopefully Jordan will work that out today.

Marisa, sorry, I haven't been here to answer and just saw this (been away from the computer for a few days). I did receive an email from you and responded right after receiving it but have heard nothing further.

Not sure if I just need to sign up again (I prefer monthly draft this time) or what?

The email I received came on May 31, said my subscription had ended, there was a re-subscribe discount of 50% for May, and to respond in the next few days to take advantage of it. There was also a P.S. that if I replied in the next 48 hours, I could have the Instant Patron status. I replied immediately and that's the last I've received anything. I check my spam folder each time I check emails and nothing has ended up in there. I just double checked and there are no instructions in the email.

If it's as easy as just signing up again, I can do that. I'm sure I'm getting on your last nerve with this and I don't mean to! I didn't want to miss out on any discounts if there was any aside from just signing up again here.

ETA: It's not worth that hassle! lol I'm going to go ahead and sign up for the $10/mo.

Hi Lisa, Sorry for all the confusion! The coupon had been applied to your account, so it should have been visible when you went to the subscribe page. Let me know if I can help with anything at this point.

No worries, Marisa, I don't even remember if a coupon was visible or not! I love it here, so despite the confusion, it's all good. smiley
