I've shot through an email, but just in case that goes AWOL thought I'd pop a note here too.
My subscription has dropped out again. I 'renewed' it using the new system on the 14th of August but received an email on the 30th telling me it has expired. And also, my 13, 14, creative tm & patron badge thingies have gone missing too.
The subscription system clearly doesn't like me!
