I recently downloaded layout templates 147 and 154 and cannot seem to open them in my PS5. I suppose it may be a compatibility issue but I am not sure. When I have attempted to open either file I get the following msg:
"Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document."

Aja: I just downloaded both of these templates and opened them in PS6. I didn't have any issues with them except the "text may be missing" because the fonts aren't installed on my PC. I did notice as a download these are 7Z files which is a type of zipped file. Did you unzip them first before trying to open in PS5? Other than that the only thing I can suggest is that you delete them and redownload to see if it had something to do with that. LMK how it goes.
Okay, I'll give it a try. The last time I downloaded they didn't appear in a zip file but I'll check. Thank you Shawna for your help.
I switched them to ZIP files, if that helps. Otherwise I saw nothing tricky with them.
