Can't download but reducing my credits!!!

I was downloading individual papers just fine but suddenly I can't download but yet it's eating my credits!!!!!

Hi Betty, sorry for the trouble. Can you tell me what operating system and browser you are using? I would recommend trying a different web browser, and seeing if that solves the problem.
