I've downloaded a file but Photo shop says it can't open it. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Katryana, I suspect the file you downloaded may be a 7z file, which is similar to a zip file, but requires a special program to open. Please see the bottom of this page for help: https://www.digitalscrapbook.com/support/nuts-bolts/opening-downloaded-files#7z
