"Locked" Templates

I know a while back there was a blog post or forum topic or something where you (Marisa) asked us to help you find templates with "locked" layers that we couldn't edit. I just searched for the original post/topic but couldn't find it, so I thought I'd post here that Stripes Template 36 is locked. I went to re-download it if it had been one of the ones you were notified about and fixed, but it says it was uploaded 3 years ago so I'm assuming it hasn't been fixed yet so you don't know about it. So I'm letting you know! smiley If there's another place I should let you know when I find locked templates, just let me know. Thanks!

You can find the thread here for reporting grouped templates. The upload date won't reflect if I've edited the item, and Stripes 36 is on the list already, so it should be fine to download again.
