Hi there i am loosing points when they say i have downloaded that is not the case i have lost my 6 points in trying to download

Hi Christine, sorry for your frustration . I checked the logs, and it seems that your download credits are being properly deducted with your downloads. Did you notice a big drop in download credits when you tried to download one particular item? If so, please provide a link to the item in question. A few of the things I see in your download history:
