The templates will generally be in .PNG or .PSD format (every once in a while there is a .JPG file). Many programs will work with the layered .PSD files besides Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. But you probably should check with your program before download a whole bunch to be sure they work. The .PNG and .JPG files should work with most programs.

It took sometime to figure it out in my program but it was fun
to play and experiment with it. I'll have to check if my program can use png files.
