Survey Freebie mini kit troubles

I was excited to fill out the survey tonight to provide feedback for you and didn't even see that you were so generously offering a freebie mini kit upon completion. Silly me...had I noticed this before filling it out, I would have put down my iPad and hopped on my desktop to make sure I could download your free gift. But, I didn't, and now I don't know that I will be able to download it again. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time!
