unable to download and used my points on christmas sparkle
I tried unsuccessful to download several Christmas sparkle paper and used all my points can you please help with a solution thank you Christine Harrison

Can you tell me what operating system and web browser you are using? Without more information the best I can do is recommend that you try a different web browser, and see if that helps.
For now I have given you some extra download credits to make up for the ones you lost.
