Water Mark and Designs Section Problem

Hi Jordan, I know that you are busy with all the site update things but I have problem with the following things;
1. Some elements have the water mark on them in the gallery like this one and some do not like this. what would be the problem, should I do something when I upload?
2. I cannot see my designs section in my profile under profile picture.
