Is there any tutorials on how to use the templates in PSE? I'm having a hard time figuring out how to use them.

As to templates, many of the Photoshop templates will work in Photoshop Elements.
Once you learn how to clip, it's much easier!
Also, a lesson I had trouble learning when I first started: you can only drag the paper/element from the main, central window, NOT from the bin at the bottom. I thought it would save time by dragging the bin image onto the page...doesn't work!
