Digital scrapper of travels and family activities, including those of 8 grandchildren. Still love cooking, both old and new recipes, even after 50+ years of it. Love traveling except for the getting there. (Does anyone enjoy airline travel anymore?)
Walking the cliffs along the ocean at Mendocino, we came upon this tiki carved from an old post that was probably once part of a logging wharf. Several stones and coins were pushed into the grooves and there was a tiny "altar" in the mouth. So we picked up stones and added our offerings. It worked pretty quickly for my husband but I'm still waiting.
