Heather, everyone has to start somewhere and we all needed help to learn to sew, cook, paint, scrap or whatever we want to do. Practice might not make perfect but it does make us better. Keep it up and you will get better. I used to sew for my nieces and loved every minute of it. The three of them are the oldest of my parents grandchildren. After the granddaughters came six grandsons followed. Boys clothes are not as much fun as adorable little dresses. I did sew some for my boys, but nothing like I would have done for girls.

She is adorable. There are lots of simple patterns for little girls and patterns and fabric go on sale often. Good luck with future sewing and scrapbooking designs.

Well thank you! I am not a marvelous seamstress, though. Quite dreadful, actually. The "pillowcase" dresses are so easy a second grader could make them, and the more difficult tiered dress required help from the ladies in my family that can actually sew. My grandmother made me rip out seams so many times its a wonder the dress isn't full of holes, lol!

Your are a marvelous seam-tress and a fantastic scrapbooker. The photos are great and the focus is adorable. Plus the clothing is pretty cute.
Thank you for sharing your talents with us.
