It Takes A Village...
I am mainly a poet and an artist who maintains an art/poetry blog and web site, which I have dubbed one canvas one soul. I view art as being a means to communicate and connect. So I attempt to combine all the arts into one site.
I have dabbled in scrapbooking here and there however I have used both paper and digital separately. I have grown more interested in scrapbooking because I tend to be sentimental and it provides yet another excuse to be creative.
I have also been doing art journaling for a little over a year. I haven't seen much difference between art journaling and scrapbooking which inspires me to combine the two. I'm also interested in incorporating poetry and scrapbooking for my poetry blog on a few occasions.
Anyways, my favorite embellishments are vintage and grunge-like, I would say those are my weaknesses. LOL!
On the eve of the Fourth of July my family and I went to Greenfiel Village for there annual Independence dat celebration (fireworks & concert). The village has always been my favorite place. I hadn't been there in about 6 yrs. So it was like coming home. I literally have quite a bit of history here. Childhood memories and my first job. I used elements from the Change kit and a prague brass flower. I used an app for both fonts.
