About Me
I started using Photoshop in 2009 and quickly got discouraged because the program is so large and lots to learn. It didn't help that my mom was ill at the time so my attention was in deficit. Throughout the following years up until 2012, I would go in and play with it, off and on and learn some new things.
2012 comes along and throws all kinds of angst in my way. I lost my mom, the cat I rescued from the nursing home she was in, was diagnosed with large cell lymphoma. My world was thrown into turmoil. There was nothing I could do to get my mom back but I was determined not to lose the very young cat that was put into my path to ease my loss. He went through chemo treatments from March 2013 through September 2013 when he was given a clean bill of health and in remission. It is now April 2014 and my boy seems to be doing well with an upcoming ultrasound which will let me know how he is.
Needless to say, during this time of worrying about him and nursing him to eat and get through this, I had a whole lot of time on my hands to fill while waiting for a good outcome. I turned back to Photoshop to occupy my mind and voila, here I am today very much addicted to all Photoshop and Scrapbooking.
Thanks for reading and happy scrapping!!!

Hi Robyn, hope you had a wonderful Easter. Thank you very much and yes, he is the one I rescued from the home with the large cell lymphoma. This photo was taken before he was diagnosed but he still looks the same except where he gets shaved for his ultrasounds which are his sides and belly. He just had one and he is still in remission except for a little rough texture showing on his spleen. Not sure what that is but he is due for another ultrasound in about 2 1/2 weeks. They want to keep a close eye on this.
All the colors I used are samples taken from Harlee. Yes, even the rose color. It's his nose. :D He has the most amazing eyes. Thank you again and yes I do think he is a gorgeous boy. He's quite a bit spoiled too. He is my heart!!!!
Beautiful layout, Judy! (Again!) And what a gorgeous cat! I love the way the green you've used in this layout picks up Harlee's beautiful green eyes. If this is the cat you talk about in 'About Me', you've done a fantastic job with him - he looks the picture of health. Hope all goes well for you and for him from now on.
Thank you very much Julie. He's a good boy too. :) Happy Easter.
Gorgeous page! Stunning cat!
Thank you very much Sue. He's my baby boy!!
Great page, I love how you blended in the beautiful cat.
