About Me
I am a stay at home Mum to one little girl and a craft addict, I don't feel right if I don't get my crafting fix!I have always crafted in some form or another and tried my hand at all sort including glass painting, jewellery making, sewing, crochet, card making and scrapbooking. I discovered scrapbooking about 10 years ago and got hooked. After years of disregarding digital scrapping I had a sudden conversion in November 2013 and instantly became addicted. Now I can't believe I was so anti it before! As a full time Mum digital scrapping fits so much better into my life and budget at the moment but I will never give up all my lovely stash! I try to make digital layouts in the same style as I would paper ones and make then look as "real" as possible by only using elements which would work on a paper layout, adding shadows and using "glow" to recreate the inking I always add to my paper layouts! I look forward to exploring this new world and having fun here at PS.
At 18 months after I started on this digital adventure I am still loving it and have been accepted on to several Creative Teams, including here at PS! The next step is to try designing!

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
A couple of weeks ago my daughter and I did this fun sensory bin so I was delighted to see this months BT theme!
Made with Janet's BT freebie plus a few bits from her add-on, chalkboard essentials doodles 1 and the chalk alpha from A bouquet of freshly sharpened pencils.

I love this. Simple and elegant with the black background and chalk elements.
Thanks Kaleena, the tag has been added :-).
Very fun! I love the white and black and the frames that you used.
Don't forget to add the tag: slm august 2015
Thanks Rosemary. At first I wasn't sure how to use all the chalk elements but they are actually really fun and perfect for these photos!
What a great LO! I enjoyed the whole page, the colored pics on a dark background with the transparent or white bugs and the placement of your pictures. Thanks for sharing a 'Bug Bin'.
